wondering if anyone here has a good description of how to get an ide cd
writer going. one point i noticed in the docs was that ide cdwriters
should be on a different ide bus then the drive they're being burned from.
in general any disk activity is bad on that bus. so if my disks are
on ide0, i should put the cd writer (an hp 9100 btw) on ide1, right?
and i can't seem to get cdrecord to notice the damn thing.
thanks for any tips...
