All web hosting companies seems to offer some form of web control panel to
control the
virtual host.

Can anyone assist me in finding such software?

Cobalt's RAQ seems to offer everything we want, however I would prefare to
find an open source
equivalent!

We will shortly be offering hosting facilities to community groups in
Wicklow and ideally need to find
a software solution to turn us into a mini-ISP
