[ILUG] lock manufacturer

Maybe if they want to talk to us they'll pay for a trip to China for one of
our representatives!  You never know!  Then we'd be able to ditch the
presentation and go talk to the Chinese LUG :)
Oh, and we'd get a holiday to raffle at the same time :)
