Yes, I wasn't referring to that post, which I agree was Linux-related
(albeit slightly). I was referring to the post
(http://www.linux.ie/pipermail/ilug/2001-July/034255.html) which was a
"how to use Microsoft Access" question, nothing whatsoever, even
tangentially, to do with Linux.
As I said in my previous message, it's not a "snob" issue, or a pro-
versus anti-Microsoft thing, it's a question of a message being
appropriate for the list it's posted to. The technobabble list might
be more suitable than the ILUG list, but I still think that a bit of
googling would be more productive overall.
