Might be worth a read to see what the current thinking is given the
seemingly complete collapse of forward thinking on cheap, available and
fast net bandwidth.

p.s. The ODTR has a lovein with Microsoft Word documents on their site,
everything they have is a ms .doc but they can be read with at least my
current version of OpenOffice.
