Is Adobe the Bad Guy here though? Laws like this have to be shown to be 
bad *somehow*, the more dramastically(*), the better. Sending in the 
gestapo to arrest a Russian speaker at an American conference seems pretty 
darn dramastic. If one had wanted to shock people into just how wrong this 
dmca is, could one have choreographed a better demonstration?

Huge bummer for Mr Skylarov, though. :-(
