I don't know of any in Dublin 3. But:

The Brewery and Litton Lane Hostel, in city centre (Dublin 1) is
said to be excellent, and is right next to the Guinness brewery (2-4
Litton Lane, Dublin1).

The Mount Eccles Court Hostel is also in city centre: 42 North Great
Georges St., Dublin1.

Barnacles Temple Bar is in Dublin2: 19 Temple Lane, Temple Bar,
Dublin2.

Avalon House is also in Dublin2: 55 Aungier Street, Dublin2.
