[ILUG] BATCH SCRIPTING HELP NEEDED

[ILUG] BATCH SCRIPTING HELP NEEDED

Wynne, Conor Conor.Wynne at compaq.com
Thu Jul 26 08:38:04 IST 2001

Messieursdammes,

Personally I never understand these acronyms or whatever they are called.
The only one I know is RTFM. I wish everyone would drop the use of them.
Actually don't we have an article on etiquette which bans these anyway?

All they are is poor English. We may aswell speak French.

Eh pourquoi pas? En faites, c'est un tres bon idee, et si quelq'un ne
comprends pas, eh alors? On a toujours des traducteurs on-ligne - exemple
bablefish...

You get my point? We can all understand, but would all prefer not have to
research the meaning.

This is just a suggestion, not bitchin' :)

Cordialement,
CW
