Er, why not?  Are you on a home system with a modem for internet access or
is this in an office where everyone uses M$ Exchange for email?  If the
former, you simply need to get your modem working under linux and if the
latter, you just need mutt which will deal with an M$ Exchange server (I'm
reading ILUG in that fashion currently).  Let us know what your setup is and
I'm sure you'll be able to sort this out.
