Hi,

I'm attempting to lock down a particular branch in our CVS repository using 
cvs admin -l <BRANCHNAME> <ROOT_MODULE>

But it appears to be doing diddly-squat

Everyone can still check-in and checkout of that branch no problem.

Am I doing this all wrong??
