Hi,
Well I've sorted that problem by using a 'trigger' called rcslock.pl
But now I have another problem because of the way CVS treats branches. If an element has a branch (tag) and the latest development version of the element also shares that tag, then it too gets locked.
This effectively locks down some file in the main development stream.
Oh Well :-(
