Does anyone know how to unblock the BBC channels that are available on Sky
digital in the UK but not here unless you use a UK TV license number which
somehow returns a code which then enables viewing of the aforementioned
channels?  

(I read this in the Irish Examiner a few weeks back and have searched the
web but with no luck.)
