Hi all,
As I've just upgraded my home network, I have some kit available
which might interest those who'd like to experiment with networking. For the
princely sum of IR£20 you can have two ISA NICs, a length of coax. cable, 2
T pieces and 2 terminators i.e. everything you need to network two PCs. The
NICs are either 3Com Etherlink III or SMC WD8003 (I've two sets). These are
both name brand NICs, fully supported under Linux (and 'doze if you want to
connect a 'doze PC to your Linux box). Available for collection from my
place in Lucan, or I'll post to you at cost.
Regards,
Niall
