[ILUG] SMTP Relaying with IOL problem.

Up until about a couple of months ago I was bouncing my mail off
mail.iol.ie, regardless of who I was dialled into.  Then they switched off
relaying for hosts outside their domain.

I'm not sure exactly when this was but I don't think it was more than two
months ago.
