[ILUG] [OT Kinda]Solaris -> Linux -> Windows Printing

[ILUG] [OT Kinda]Solaris -> Linux -> Windows Printing

I have just acquired a new Sun workstation running solaris 2.8 and I
want to try and
set up its printing so that it uses a printer attached to a Win95
machine.

I have already managed this (with ease) with a RH Linux box using samba
and RH
graphical printtool. I have now installed samba on the Sun machine and
was hoping to
do the same thing. I really don't have the time to learn the fine
details of printer admin in
Solaris and just want to printing. So, does anyone have any experience
in doing this? or
any pointers on how to set up a Sun machine for printing to a Win95
machine using samba.

To try and bring this back on topic, on possibility would be to get the
Sun machine to
print to the Linux box which would then print on to the Win95 box. A
little bit all over
the place admittedly but maybe easier to set up. Can anyone direct on
how to go about
doing this?

Thanks,
John.
