Didn't you know?  The troll's[0] name was "Gruff" and since the goats[1]
managed to dispose of it, they just presumed they owned it[2] (the troll
that is).

[0] Proper use of apostrophe you'll[3] note.
[1] proper non-use of the apostrophe here.
[2] You know... "Embrace and Extend"
[3] recursive use of [0] above.
