That is indeed a fair point. However, I think in cases like this, people
in one organization that follow very strict rules are likely to do a
better, more consistant job than a group of people who have nothing to do
with each other, and have no guidlines to follow. Espically in the case,
as it is with debian, where the rules are Good, and make sure that things
do the Right Thing.

I have found exactly the same thing. That's one of the reasons why I'm
dying to try out debian and see how it responds to the same demands.
