Just upgraded ye olde 0.9.6 drivers, to 0.9.767. Apparently, it's a
little slower. I stuck my SB128PCI into the machine, and stopped using the
on board i815 AC97 codec, saw a 40% leap in frame rates, so I don't mind
too much ;)
I did notice that they have have XRENDER support, in the binary driver.
Just tryed xterm -fa fixed, and it worked fine!
Of course, I use gnome-terminal, to save memory, not xterms. But it's
nice to know it's there, hardware accelerated, and waiting for GTK2.0...
