The quick & dirty way (though not at all slick) is to add the specicfic
hostnames to you /etc/hosts with an entry pinting to a local machine. 
It works quite well but does require a fair ammount of work to keep it
going.

the slick(er) way is to use ipchains or similar on your proxy to
redirect outgoing requests for these hosts on whatever port(s) to
somewhere else, again preferably something that you control yourself.

or you could just use junkbuster.
