no, none.
except for snapshot problems with journalled fs, eg ext3 had the same
problem as reiserfs.
to take a snapshot you need the journalled fs to write out anything
pending and get the fs in a clean state and hold off dirtying anything
on the disk until the snapshot is taken. otherwise when you try to
mount the snapshot the fs will want to replay logs which is not
possible on a snapshot.
the lvm, reiser folks and stephen tweedie got together and agreed on
an interface for lvm to ask fses to flush and stall while lvm was
snapshotting.
apart from that, no problems afaik.
