I'm using OceanFree for dialup at the moment, and I have to say that
I'm pleasantly surprised. It ain't bad at all. They have some
weirdness with their SMTP server that I haven't bothered to sort out
yet.

In my previous job, I had occasion to deal with the sharp end of
Esat's corporate Internet "operation". And, now that I think of it,
the one before that. I feel your pain.

I was going to say that no company can afford to have a reputation as
incompetents and turncoats, but there are too many examples to the
contrary in this country. It's enough to make one spit.
