As Kate mentioned, fetchmail does indeed support exchange servers. From
the fetchmail faq:
S2. How can I use fetchmail with Microsoft Exchange?
Fetchmail now supports the proprietary NTLM mode used with M$ Exchange
servers.
And to this I reply YEEEHAAA! I've been waiting years for this.
