[ILUG] Problem with knfsd

[ILUG] Problem with knfsd

John Mc Donald johnmcd at cs.may.ie

Hi,

I have been having problem on and off over the last week or so with
knfsd seizing up for
no apparent reason. The machine is a DELL Latitude CPi with a 3c589
ethernet card (at
least that's the module used). This morning when I booted the maching I
got the message
below during nfs initialisation. Any pointers (excuse the pun) on this
would be much
appreciated. I am only exporting one directory which is the
/dosd/Mydocu~1 which may
be the problem since this translates into a directory name which
contains a space.

Thanks,
John.
