You can get evaluation copies but they are rare - or you have to buy or
to wait until Q3.

As a long time Turbo Pascal user (back to ver. 2 !) I (and I'm sure many
others) would like to take a look at this. Do you have the free or
commercial version i.e. is it possible to pass on copies of it ? Or do
you have a URL for downloading the free version ? I've looked on
Borland's site a few times but I've never been able to find it.
