VIA already are :) Unfortunately, it's only available in certain parts of
the UK.
To be honest, I don't know what the plans for a DSL rollout. It's clear
from what I've heard internally, as well as what I can gather from Demon
Internet's and Nildram's websites, that although DSL is officially
available in the UK, it will be quite a while before it will become mainstream.
What the plans for Ireland are I don't know.
