Can anyone give me a hint as to where I should look then I can't mount a
cdrom (errors regarding minor/major numbers), but I can see it via /proc
and xplaycd, and MAKEDEV doesn't seem to do it's job:
./MAKEDEV hdc
./MAKEDEV: major_cpu/msr=202: No such file or directory
./MAKEDEV: major_cpu/cpuid=203: No such file or directory
