Got one from Eircom a while ago for leased line and it was circa £5k.
There are 2 components to consider - leased line charge payable to Telco
and bandwidth charge payable to ISP. The latter is location independent
whereas the former is definitely NOT!
Chorus offer a solution called Powernet which is via MMDS - not guaranteed
bandwidth but relatively cheap. £80/£160 per month always on (but not
suitable for running a web server)
