that's pretty much the idea of IIU, alright.
It provides a forum where discussion and testimonials about high-speed
home internet access is decidedly on-topic, and the discussion is all
archived on the site at http://iiu.taint.org/ .
In addition there's details of the ISPs currently on offer. Those pages,
together with the mailing list archives, provides a pretty good
testimonial system...
BTW we haven't received any testimonials regarding Powernet yet either.
It does sound slightly vapourous...
