   information.

2. At the bottom of this page is:

      To change your subscription (set options like digest 
      and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, 
      or unsubscribe from ILUG), enter your subscription 
      email address:

3. If you enter your address and click "Edit options" you
   get a big, bold "Forgotten your password?" with a very
   clearly labelled button "Email My Password To Me".

What part of this could you not have done yourself?
