Depends.
If you own a retail copy of Winxx you can use the fonts on your Linux box on
the condition that you own a licensed copy of Winxx for every copy of the
fonts you are using. If however you own an OEM copy, this may only be used
on the hardware with which the OEM installation media was provided.
