Supposedly all customers who received the letter will be contacted & offered
an alternative.
75 hours/month for the same cost.
Then again, this could just be BS to get peeps off the phone.
Not really unlimited anymore but reasonable value.
Anyone wants to ring them, don't abuse the CS staff.
