For what its worth theres a half assed linux dumper for these resources at
http://www.csn.ul.ie/~caolan/Packages/winresdump.html Doesn't really do much
except dump graphics and some twiddling with dialogs and menus.
A very cute thing to do would be to finish off the dialog and menu dumping
facility to make it a fully fledged windows resources to glade description file
for nifty "rapid porting" of windows apps to gtk/gnome based ones instead.
