[ILUG] netware and linux problem

[ILUG] netware and linux problem

Hi!

Next to the DNS problem I got another. The NetWare services.
As Windows ME got a blue screen of death if I want to use
NetWare client on it I wanted to use ncpfs and ipx packages.
I re-configured the kernel - added all netware related things
to the kernel and installed the packages. When I tried to add
ipx_interface it told me that primary controller exists. This one:
root at gambrinus:~# cat /proc/net/ipx_interface
Network Node_Address Primary Device Frame_Type
12345678 0000E8825C02 Yes eth1 802.2

If I run ipx_interface delall it will be cleared. For a while. And
back. I deleted it several times and added ipx_interface add -p eth1
802.2 . Once the network value was 00000000. So, when I try the
following:
ncpmount -S INT_SERVER -U Administrator.FIRM -P password -f 777 -p cp437 \
-y cp437 -u 0 -g 0 /mnt/novell/idg_server/ -- I got the following error
message:
ncpmount: Unknown NDS error (-632) in nds login
Login denied.

OKay. Until I mis-spelled the username I got -601 error (user invalid).
But there's no docus on the net what's this code about and how
can I solve the problem. It authenticates the user, communicates
with the server and then rejects it somehow. I want to know why.
If the users with ME can't see the shared disk on netware they
can't communicate with other peoples using the NetWare server
with Mac and other clients. And they should. Thanks in advance,
Ago
