Thats all fine, till the day when the ESB go on strike, and your UPS dies,
all the while the drives were whizzing around, you can easily get corrupted
data. In normal operation data loss does not/rarely occur(s). But.... wait
till you have to fsck gigs and gigs manually! Its a barrel of laughs.
