Hi all,
I am currently looking at implementing a VLAN which includes at least
one linux host. From checking out the web it looks like 802.1Q VLAN
tagging is supported in some way under Linux, but I am just wondering if
anyone can comment on how stable or reliable it is, or how easy it is to
configure in the first instance . . .
I see sourceforge has something at http://vlan.sourceforge.net/ however
I note that they say there are no 'real' releases - hmm. There is
another implementation at http://scry.wanfear.com/~greear/vlan.html
however he says he doesn't actually have any VLAN equipment.
Any comments welcome.
Thanks,
David
