ok, i have ximian 1.4 installed and now i've dropped mozilla 0.9
before. i did the following prior to install:
rpm -ql libnspr4|while read f; do sudo mv $f $f.old; done
and then did the following:
sudo rpm -Fvh --replacefiles mozilla-0.9-0.i386.rpm \
mozilla-devel-0.9-0.i386.rpm \
mozilla-mail-0.9-0.i386.rpm \
mozilla-psm-0.9-0.i386.rpm
it seems quicker, but now nautilus can't browse web pages.
(not surprising)
anyone else have better install instructions?
