----- Forwarded message from Mark Page <mpage at esatclear.ie> -----

Two things.

I have OSS up and running happily under 2.2r2 using 'soundon' under
/usr/local/bin. However I want to automate this at boot time and
previously used to edit /etc/rc.d/rc.local under RedHat and Mandrake.
This file doesn't exist under Debian and despite numerous searches I
cannot find the equivalent. What is the file?

Also I am keen on giving Progeny an outing. Does anybody in Dublin have
the 3 or 4 CD set they could burn for me. Obviously any expenses
reimbursed.
