I'm not sure.  I was asked for advice on the linux side of things.
Basically we have about 12 linux boxes on desktops around the building (The
"production" boxes are all looked after already).  I'd imagine this is
required to back up /home directories for each user's box.  It's probably
not that huge a volume of data and, I suspect, it's probably not *that* high
a priority.
