waffle.. as long as they're microsoft certified. actually there's a
feature that MS have that i really fancy, the one where Windows will
warn you about whether a driver is certified and not allow you to
install it without making you sure you know of the consequences.

wih linux you havn't a clue what the story is, never mind actually
having some certification from say Redhat, the driver could have been
written by some student on his 386 in his bedroom..

well, so i buy loads of fans from pcpowercooling.com.

there i was happily working away in compaq.. admittedly they tried to
drag me into some kind of non-existant unix support.. but i could have
had a bright future in answering server support calls on NT and W2k...
but stupid me just had to go and get himself involved in this unix
crud.

and there's another thing... when i was last taking support calls i
remember this fella harping on about they'd found that over half the
1850R servers they sold actually ended up running linux. Well then how
come nearly all the calls i'd take were for servers running NT? ha?
absolute scam this linux....

well a couple of my computers have little square Tux penguin logo
stickers on them. can't get the feckers off either.

at this point i must point out that somehow i've started a trollfest
with an email where i praised MSs for how it's remote access control
meant you couldn't make the mistake of rebooting the wrong machine.

i would have thought the sarcasm was easily recognisable.. esp. when
you take into account the fact that anyone who knows me, knows i
wouldn't go near windows except possibly under pain of death or maybe
under guarantee of compensation by way of next weeks winning lottery
numbers. :)

anyway... even though i never intended for anyone to fall into it, you
dear sir, most definitely have... :)
