Well, not exactly.  I can't get my RH 7.1 machine to reboot
properly at all.  I do an init 6 (or zero) and it will shutdown services
and print a message saying "No more services left at this runlevel"
and then just hang.  I end up having to power cycle and go through
all of the file system fsck stuff when it reboots.
