For a machine, certainly. For a chip...not especially. This is on a
low-power cyrix chip, that's designed to run without a fan. I'm pretty
sure the first athlons were designed to run at 90.

lm_sensors is the package you are looking for. I wouldn't be surprised if
your chips ran at 35C - when idle. After a game or two, any "cutting edge"
chip should be up around 45-50.
