I left out the -J for the Joliet extensions because I hadn't intended ever
using it in Windows. The purpose of the CD was to back up files from
Linux, so that I could restore them later after I nuked my /home partition.
The issue really is that the CD wasn't read at all in Linux, just those damn
I/O errors.
