Works so, I had one in my ACER, worked fine with alsa running on Mandrake8

According to my win98 system info, it is a "NeoMagic MagicMedia 256 Audio"

I believe it is has shared memory with the graphics system ? which is also
listed in my win98 as a "NeoMagic MagicMedia 256 AV"

Does this mean anything ?
