[ILUG] Job hunting (I know OT)

Hi,

I know that this is way off-topic, but I figured that you might be able
to help.  I 
have a friend who is desperately wanting to change jobs and so I am
giving her a helping
hand.  She's got unix/linux/etc experience and domino clp's but the
current job market
seems to be either dead or has dissappeared off the job websites.  Has
anyone got any
pointers or advice on what to do in the current environment.
