Looks like filesystem corruption. I'd bring it down to single user, and
whip out ye olde "fsck" ASAP.
Anyone know how to add users to a bugzilla database ? Basically, our
bugzilla admin has smegged off on holidays, and I've no idea how to log in
as an admin and start adding components....and there is no "users" table!
