Log in as admin user on the bugzilla web page should give you admin stuff
on the bottom of the query page ...
a new user can add themseleves on my bugzilla install, and if you have bug
2.10 or later.. admin can run editusers.cgi and it should allow him to
add/remove users... it might be there in older versions ..
if you have a light yellow box at the end of each display after the front
page and can see users in it you are an admin and can mess with users..
if you want to become admin, you need to direct to MySql and do a select
and stuff on your user name .. it's in the Bugzilla manual on
www.linuxdoc.org
