Hi All,
We recieved a quote from Clarity yesterday for an Alpha workstation with
256 Meg ram.
nothing special. They want £3500 !.Our budget is half this. Does anyone
have an "old, unwanted" Compaq Alpha, preferably running Tru64 version 4
that they might consider selling. The box just has to run the OS
and support 10 newbies logged in learning vi.
Alternatively, does anyone have such a box that they would consider
leasing to us a week at a time
for approx 5 weeks a year.
