oh i just don't understand this one. this makes no sense whatsoever.
here i am on a tru65 5.1 system. and i'm in zsh. i type the following:
tru64% pwd
/u/kevin
tru64% echo $PWD
/u/kevin
tru64% which pwd
builtin
tru64% sh
tru64# pwd
/kevin
tru64# /usr/bin/pwd
/kevin
tru64# echo $PWD
/u/kevin
tru64# exit
tru64% /usr/bin/pwd
/kevin
at no point do i change directories. this makes no sense. and it worked
fine up until today. why, why, why????
