From that point of view avoid esat like the plague. We had a 256k
"managed bandwidth" (?!) line for a while. We had several days where
the line was down three or more times. Their tech support were idiots.
Lots of the problems turned out to be stuff like: "Oh, one of our
routers crashed and when we turned it back on it lost your config".
We've had better luck with worldcom so far.
