Over the same wires, yes, but suitable equipment is of course needed. POTS,
ISDN and ADSL all run over a copper pair, but they all three have differing
needs on line quality. As Eircom is only just getting with ISDN 20 years
after its invention, I'd say ADSL over ISDN is unlikely.
